The Website is operated by Mum of Little One  We sell:

• Digital products (e-books, downloads, resources).

• Physical products fulfilled by a third-party provider, Printful.

Digital Products

• All digital products are delivered electronically via email or download link after purchase.

• Refunds are not available for digital products once delivered.

• It is your responsibility to ensure device compatibility before purchase.

• If you have technical issues, contact me at littleonesmum@gmail.com for re-delivery.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

• All physical products are printed, packed, and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Printful.

• Products are made to order. Please allow time for production and shipping. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed and fulfilled by Printful once payment is confirmed.

• Delivery within the UK usually takes 2–7 business days, but times may vary depending on the product and courier.

• We are not liable for delays outside of our control, including courier issues or supply chain disruptions.

 

Returns & Refunds for Physical Products

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at littleonesmum@gmail.com

• To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include photos of the product and packaging.

• If approved, Printful will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases.

 

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, placement, or sizing may occur due to the print-on-demand process.
